Cold weather? Eat corn pudding

jiffy-boxesAll this talk about a frigid polar vortex makes me want hot, high-calorie comfort food, and this easy-peasy corn pudding recipe is one of my favorites.

Ingredients

1 cup melted butter
2 beatened eggs
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed white corn
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel white corn, drained

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

3. Bake for 35- to 40-minutes.

4. Devour.
